Proceedings: The seventeenth annual meeting of the Board of Directors (BoD) for The Osmani Family Foundation of Illinois (OFFI) was held as noted above and the following business details were discussed:

Minutes of the last meeting were approved.

The BoD for OFFI is changed: Haroon Osmani, not living in Chicago, is replaced by Mrs Sameena Osmani. This change is immediate.

Rashid Osmani, as Executive Director, term is over by the end of this year (Elected in 2021). He was reelected for the next four years (2025-2029).

As agreed by Irfan Osmani, he would take over as the Executive Director in 2030. In the next few years, he will be updated on how to run the Foundation (Finances, Taxes, Website, etc.).

Total Donations received this year is approximately $7100.

Funds distributed to Charitable Organizations are $3000.

As of today, the total financial assets of OFFI are approximately $212,000 which is roughly $19,000 more than at the end of last year.

In the 18 years of existing, OFFI assets went from $17K to $212K and total donations made to Educational Institutes have been $105K to date.

The following changes to the OFFI bylaws are adopted:
* It is preferable to have all Board Members live in the Chicago and its Suburbs area.
* The new BoD will be implemented immediately.

The meeting was adjourned at approximately 10:45 am.
